The time for filing within the Braceros Class Action Settlement within the United States ended January 5, 2009.

Claims for compensation from the Mexican Social Relief Fund for the Former Mexican Migrant Workers, established by the Mexican government, will continue to be accepted in México until January 28, 2009.
